You may return products within 14 days from the date of receipt. The product must NOT have been used and must be properly protected, strictly in the original packaging. I received a damaged product.

If your product arrived damaged, inform us within 5 business days by sending an email to ordini@leb.world with "Damaged Items" in the subject line, or call us at 0881.375299.

An electrical product is defective.

If an electrical product you purchased turns out to be defective and 14 days have already elapsed since you received it, we guarantee the right to free service for 24 months by showing your purchase receipt. For individuals with a VAT number, assistance is valid for 12 months by law. Contact technical support at 0881.375299.

I don't like the color of the purchased product, can I return it?

The characteristics of the products illustrated with images and videos in the individual sheets on the leb.world website do not constitute a contractual element. In fact, due to the technical characteristics of the different media used for display, they may differ in the accessory elements (in particular hues and shades of color). It is not possible to proceed with the right of return, also in accordance with Article 59 of the Consumer Code. For more details see the Terms of Sale, Conditions of Return and Warranty Policy.

In order for the return or exchange to be authorized, it is necessary:

• contact LEB WORLD at 0881.375299 or email ordini@leb.world to verify the eligibility of the return;
• That no more than 14 days have elapsed since the date of delivery;
• That the products in question are undamaged and unused;
• Goods to be returned well packed;
